The process of using Quietco was really a breath of fresh air, the communication of all the team was first class, the constant updates and contact from everybody on site with relation to progress, and if there were any questions or decisions that needed to be made.
I am really pleased with the outcome, the result is absolutely first class, the level of improvement in the sound transference that we have from the building internally is better than I actually thought was realistically achievable.
We’ve gone from a situation where we really struggled to actually perform tasks we needed to inside the clinic for our patients due to the level of noise to now having the capacity that is an untold amount of benefit more than we had before, with extra clinic rooms and not only that but we’ve now got a practice where the sound transference does not cause us an issue from one room to the next, let alone from the front to the back of the practice.
The standard is exceptional, they handled everything from the rip out of the old infrastructure, to putting in the new soundproofing, building the rooms in their entirety, the electronics, the lighting, they even handled some quite specialist areas for me and built custom made sound booths.
I can’t really in all honesty in words actually get across how much of a difference its made to the business it has been fundamentally the foundation for us to be able to actually have our best year of trading last year.
