Superb on all fronts – but I especially liked how comfortable they made someone as Covid-paranoid as me feel, by paying such attention to proper precautions (windows open to create a draught, etc. even though it was extremely cold outside). I also really enjoyed understanding the whole process and having them explain bits about the construction of my house to me as they peeled back the layers and laying bare e.g. joists before installing the system. Thanks to all – a real pleasure! Excellent aftercare too, e.g. when one bit of acoustic seal on the door came loose (twice).
