Product Overview: Separating Floors

We design, manufacture and install a range of different systems to floors to reduce airborne noise. We have many different solutions including systems to reduce impact noise as well as systems to meet current Part E Building Regulations for separating floors.

Achieve acoustic separation between floors with the TPS Separating Floor System

What it does

A unique floor and ceiling system designed to meet Part E Building Regulations.  It consists of two resilient layers; one on top of the joist (floor above) and one below the joist (ceiling below).

These resilient layers consist of specialist soundproofing materials that effectively provide soundproofing to meet minimum requirements to pass the sound test in order to meet Part E Building Regulations.  It reduces the noise transmitting between the floor and ceiling.

Sound proof floor for developers and architects

Where it works best

The TPS Separating floor system is very popular with developers, architects and landlords.  It is designed specifically to meet Part E Building Regulations requirements for flat conversions and multi-occupancy housing (HMOs).

It is a great choice for those customers who need to ensure they meet regulations with minimum space loss, effective sound results and a realistic budget.
