Everyone I met introduced themselves and was friendly and polite.
The realtime update group was really useful to communicate with everyone and it was great to see the progress being made. I particularly appreciated the ETA information, it was really clear every day when to expect everyone….
It is obvious that the company, and Jim in particular, have high standards and these were maintained.
I was surprised how little cleaning needed to be done afterwards!
